Your Role at sygns
  • Objective: Drive revenue growth through acquiring new high value customers

  • Develop and implement strategies and processes for outbound lead generation

  • Approach prospects and build relationships through inspiring our target customers

  • Convert English and German-speaking prospects into customers through the entire B2B sales cycle

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing & sales team to drive learnings

  • Keep relationships with most high value customers and try to achieve high repeat order levels

  • Give input in product, website and service level development, we always want to improve together

  • You speak fluent German and at least conversational English 

  • You are communicative and able to adapt to different conversation partners 

  • You have drive and persistence to reach your goals and ability to deal with rejections

We're looking for an Onbound Sales Manager / Customer Consultant to join our Customer team. This joining is part of a key initiative to internationalise our company set up and grow our target audience. Your main responsibility will be our German and English speaking customer base - you’re responsible for finding and acquiring new high value clients, as well as grooming the relationship with existing large customers.
