- Completed apprenticeship or studies in Sales, Communications, Business or related fields, or extensive industry experience in Inside Sales or Support
- Prior Experience and strong passion for consultation, sales and customer support
- Excellent German and English
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to identify root-causes and solutions
- Excellent command of MS-Office (Google Apps) and digital project management tools
- Passion for design, engineering and technical products/services
- Ability to work service-oriented, structured and solution-oriented
- Strong internal motivation and desire to self-learn and improve
- A sense of quality, yet ability to be pragmatic and drive results and overall impact
